Role Overview and Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative (Microelectronics Value Stream)
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences?
As a Customer Service Representative in our Microelectronics value stream, you’ll be the primary point of contact between customers and the organisation, ensuring accurate order management, clear communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless order management and issue resolution, all within a highly regulated, high-precision environment.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding quotes, orders, delivery status, and general enquiries.

Quote Management
- Support the Sales function with timely submission of quotes and follow-ups to achieve department order intake targets.

Order Management
- Process customer orders accurately in the SAP ERP system.
- Manage order acknowledgments, changes, and cancellations.
- Coordinate shipment schedules in line with production plans and customer requirements.

Internal Coordination
- Liaise with production, planning, quality, engineering, and logistics teams to support customer needs.

Quality, Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure orders comply with customer specifications, contracts, and quality standards.

Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement
- Support investigations and resolution of customer complaints and non-conformances.
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
What We Look For
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- A clear and professional communication style, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- A customer-focused, professional, and proactive mindset.
- A calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Confidence in working both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Prior experience working within a customer service or sales role within a busy manufacturing business would enhance your application, but is not essential to apply.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, quality-driven team, where precision matters, customer relationships count, and your contribution truly makes an impact.
