About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Switch. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service that aligns with our company's standards. This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week, with working hours from Monday to Friday and Saturday on rotation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine desire to help customers. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are equipped to succeed in this role. Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends
- Motivated and eager to learn new skills
- No prior experience required, full training will be provided
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills
- Contributing to a positive team environment and upholding company values
