Shop Floor Counter Assistant – William Hill

Your Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth and friendliness
- Process all bets and handle customer queries with confidence
- Assist customers by clearly explaining how to use betting terminals
- Build lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring exceptional Service at every interaction
- Champion safer gambling, promoting responsible betting at all times
- Support managers with shop displays, cleaning, and opening/closing duties as needed
Working Patterns
- Shops operate between 8am–10pm, open Monday to Sunday
- Shifts are rotated (flexible scheduling) and may include:
- Evening shifts
- Weekend shifts

Key Requirements
- Age 18+ (a legal requirement for this role)
