Shop Floor Counter Assistant – William Hill

Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers with warmth and friendliness
  • Process all bets and handle customer queries with confidence
  • Assist customers by clearly explaining how to use betting terminals
  • Build lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring exceptional Service at every interaction
  • Champion safer gambling, promoting responsible betting at all times
  • Support managers with shop displays, cleaning, and opening/closing duties as needed

Working Patterns

  • Shops operate between 8am–10pm, open Monday to Sunday
  • Shifts are rotated (flexible scheduling) and may include:
    • Evening shifts
    • Weekend shifts

Key Requirements
