Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team to:

  • Manage the receipt of customer orders
  • Progress orders through the order fulfilment cycle
  • Provide support to interrelated functions including Purchasing, Planning, Transport & Distribution, Commercial, and Site Administration

Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify accuracy and enter customer orders
  • Liaise with Planning to confirm delivery dates with customers
  • Resolve transport incidents
  • Manage customer enquiries, resolve queries, and provide information
  • Generate reports using data systems for management reporting
  • Take ownership of your orders:
    • Monitor work in progress (WIP)
    • Manifest transport collections
    • Champion your On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) completion
  • Utilise Microsoft Excel daily to:
    • Track order progress
    • Analyse data

  • Work with European and English-speaking customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and a European Language
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and administrative skills
  • Good secondary education or degree
  • Preferable experience in:
    • Customer Service
    • Planning
    • Supply Chain
  • Numeracy and familiarity with ERP systems
  • Export experience considered advantageous
