Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team to:
- Manage the receipt of customer orders
- Progress orders through the order fulfilment cycle
- Provide support to interrelated functions including Purchasing, Planning, Transport & Distribution, Commercial, and Site Administration
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify accuracy and enter customer orders
- Liaise with Planning to confirm delivery dates with customers
- Resolve transport incidents
- Manage customer enquiries, resolve queries, and provide information
- Generate reports using data systems for management reporting
- Take ownership of your orders:
- Monitor work in progress (WIP)
- Manifest transport collections
- Champion your On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) completion
- Utilise Microsoft Excel daily to:
- Track order progress
- Analyse data

- Work with European and English-speaking customers
Requirements
- Fluency in English and a European Language
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and administrative skills
- Good secondary education or degree
- Preferable experience in:
- Customer Service
- Planning
- Supply Chain
- Numeracy and familiarity with ERP systems
- Export experience considered advantageous
