Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Advisor – Retail Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm welcome: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, setting the tone for their visit.
  • Process bets efficiently: Handle transactions with accuracy and provide timely assistance.
  • Educate and assist: Guide customers on how to use betting terminals and provide clear guidance on their options.
  • Build lasting relationships: Nurture loyal customers through outstanding service and engagement.
  • Champion responsible gambling: Prioritise safer gambling practices across all interactions.
  • Support operational tasks: Help with retail displays, retail activities, and shop opening/closing duties as needed.

Our shops operate between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. Shifts are allocated via a rota, with a mix of day, evening, and weekend hours. Shift patterns may evolve as operational needs require.
