When customers deposit money, it is converted into tally, with each unit representing 1 milligram of gold securely vaulted in Switzerland. Role Description The Customer Service Representative role at TallyMoney is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The individual in this role will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about TallyMoney’s products and services. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Resolving account issues
- Guiding customers through app features
- Assisting with debit card and transaction-related questions
The role involves documenting interactions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will also contribute feedback to improve processes and support a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications Candidates should possess:

- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Experience working in Customer Service Representative roles or similar positions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in handling customer accounts and transactions
- Comfort working in a fast-paced fintech or financial services environment is beneficial
- Basic technical proficiency with web and mobile applications; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Relevant education or training in business, finance, or customer service is advantageous
