Customer Service Representative - Conduent

About the Role
You’ll be supporting a busy transportation client in a global business outsourcing role, managing customer interactions across:
- Telephone calls
- Web chat
- Email correspondence
Flexibility is key as responsibilities may vary across teams.
Key Details
- Location: Leeds, LS11 5BD
- Contract: Permanent
- Start Date: Monday 3rd August 2026
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (rotating shifts)
- Shift Times: 08:00AM – 08:00PM (Mon–Sun), including weekend alternates
- Salary: £24,784.50 (rising to £25,272.00 after probation)

Responsibilities
You will excel in the following:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and webchat.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional services to customers.
- Resolve complaints and queries professionally.
- Reinforce our core values through performance and behaviour.
- Attend training sessions to enhance skills continuously.
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A passionate drive to deliver outstanding, first-contact resolution.
- An empathetic approach to managing difficult customer situations.
- Adaptability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear understanding of what constitutes excellent customer service.
- Strong telephone manner — professional, solution-driven, and collegiate.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
