Initially you will report to the General Manager, you will be an integral part of the success of the overall Service Department performance. You will be the first point of contact for the Service Department, and therefore, it is imperative that you have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport and develop and maintain strong working relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities & Duties:


Get help with your application

- Respond positively to customer telephone enquiries relating to service and repairs.
- Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day.
- Book vehicles into the workshop using our Dealer Management System.
- In consultation with the Workshop Manager, effectively load the workshop.
- Create job card packs for the workshop, ensuring that vehicle details are correct, Warranty/Repair and Maintenance status has been checked and noted and that manufacturer campaigns are captured.
- Liaising with the technical workshop to keep track of the vehicles’ progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at the promised time.
- Providing exceptional customer service, updating customers whilst their vehicle is in our workshop and handing over vehicles after service work.
- Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training.
- Adopting a sales approach regarding upsell.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
