Location: Widnes

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—the face of our business and key to building loyalty and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with your Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with your dedicated customer base, growing and strengthening accounts.
- Deliver first-class customer service by:
- Talking openly and honestly with customers
- Developing a deep understanding of their needs
- Offering solutions that meet their expectations
- Communicate with customers across multiple channels, including:
- Telephone
- CRM tools (SAP preferred)
- Process orders, organise returns, and suggest alternative products to satisfy customer needs.
- Understand, prioritise, and escalate customer issues, ensuring they are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Be the first point of contact for customers, offering proactive problem-solving and rapid resolutions.

Requirements
You will be:
- Confident using PCs, Microsoft Office, and Customer Relationship Management software (ideally SAP)
- Passionate about investigating customer problems, finding root causes, and providing solutions
- Friendly, organised, and resilient in handling diverse customer concerns
