The Job
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our Stanley Black & Decker portfolios, resolving enquiries with polish and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer and partner interactions via phone, email, live chat, and internal support systems, ensuring:
- Prompt, accurate resolutions and correct documentation
- Seamless Salesforce case management for logging and follow-up
- Process administrative tasks related to sales after-service and documentation
- Support UK & ROI agents collaboratively with the Agent Support Team
- Develop expertise in key brand products, boosting customer trust and business loyalty

About You
This role is for people who thrive on growth, collaboration, and innovation. You’ll need:
- Customer service experience delivering first-class support
- A natural communication skillset for professional yet empathetic interactions
- Exceptional organisation with flawless time and priority management
- GSCE-level education (inclusive of English and Maths)
- Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (SAP/Salesforce/Five9 preference—nice to have, not required.)
