Job Description

Location: Bristol (Hybrid after probation)

In this position, you’ll be based in the Bristol office for 5 days a week and after successfully completing your probation, then have the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. Find out more about our flexible work culture at computershare.com/flex

Assessment Centre Dates: W/C July 27th - 10.30am or 1.30pm onsite face to face - 1.5 hours process consisting of an interview & a role play assessment

Start date: 24th August 2026 - Permanent full time 37.5 hours – shifts are between 8am - 6.30pm & 8am - 9pm

Salary: £26032 + monthly performance-related bonus & salary increase after probation

A role you will love

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be on assisting customers and ensuring top-notch service quality. Reporting to a Team Leader, you'll use various in-house IT systems to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll deliver services on behalf of our clients via telephone, facing a variety of interesting and rewarding challenges every day.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am and 6.30pm & 8am - 9pm, and some bank holidays on a rotational basis. The position is open to candidates who are within an hour's commute of Bristol, BS99 6ZZ and requires a reliable internet connection at home.

Training: Training lasts six weeks with no leave permitted during the last week of August & the entirety of September. After training, you'll work full-time in the office until completing your probationary period. Once probation is completed, you can switch to a hybrid schedule, with at least three days a week in the office.

We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated individuals who are eager to deliver exceptional customer service, possess strong attention to detail, and are committed to upholding Computershare's excellent reputation. Here are the skills and desirable experience we're looking for:

  • Fluent English language skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages - this is an essential requirement.
  • Previous experience in delivering excellent customer service, with a commitment to providing quality customer service.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a positive outlook and high energy.
  • Proficiency in PC use, including MS Office applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Enthusiasm for developing new knowledge and skills, we will provide full training but having previous retail, hospitality or any other customer service experience is required.
