Job Description
RBC Dodge Industrial Ltd is a manufacturer of bearings and mechanical power transmission products. This is an industrial Customer Service Representative (CSR) position. The CSR will be responsible for handling phone and email enquiries from customers, providing price and lead time quotations, and entering and tracking orders. Technical knowledge will sometimes be required to support customers. The CSR will need to be comfortable with creating and monitoring domestic and international shipments of goods. Support with stocking, picking, and packing goods from the warehouse may on occasion be required.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle telephone and email enquiries from customers
- Provide price and lead time quotations to customers via telephone and email
- Process purchase orders from customers into sales orders via Sage ERP system
- Ensure newly entered purchase orders from customers are acknowledged
- Create and monitor both domestic and international shipments of goods
- Provide technical data specs and literature to customers
- Provide technical support to customers to the best of your ability, including basic troubleshooting of bearing products
- When opportunities arise, convert competitor products to RBC / Dodge products
- Effectively communicate with US internal sales and other suppliers
- Identify areas for customer service improvement and contribute best practice suggestions
- Abide by company health and safety policies

Candidate Profile
Requirements
- GCSE in Maths and English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Experience with ERP software (experience with Sage would be preferred, but not required)
