Retail Sales Assistant – William Hill (evoke)

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers with a warm and friendly approach
- Processing bets and efficiently assisting with customer queries
- Guiding customers on how to use our betting terminals
- Building strong, enduring customer relationships
- Ensuring safer gambling practices are championed at all times
- Supporting shop managers with:
- Display and presentation
- Shop opening/closing procedures (as required)
Working Patterns
William Hill shops operate with flexible hours, Monday to Sunday, typically 08:00 am to 10:00 pm, working shifts that may include evenings and weekends.
