Customer Service Representative

HIRING Customer Service Agent - Newcastle Upon Tyne (Onsite) 📍 Newcastle Upon Tyne 📄 6 Month Contract (Inside IR35) 💷 Up to £15 per hour (DOE) ⏰ 37.5 Hours per Week 💰 Overtime: 1.5x Standard Rate | Double Time Available 👥 2 Positions Available I'm currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join a well-established financial services operation supporting customers with personal loan account enquiries. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you'll be handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate customer records, and delivering a high standard of service while working towards team KPIs and service levels.
