About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our ROAM Analyst Team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, customer-focused and has excellent attention to detail. You will be responsible for processing customer documentation, ensuring high levels of accuracy, and delivering an excellent customer experience by responding to client enquiries and supporting the day-to-day operation of the ROAM service.

Targets

To ensure all customer documentation is processed accurately, efficiently and within agreed service levels, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining the quality standards of the ROAM software programme.

Permanent, Full Time

Tasks To Include

  • Acknowledge receipt of customer documentation submitted for processing.
  • Process customer documentation using the ROAM document processing software, including document classification, indexing, metadata collection, recognition validation and making adjustments where required (full training will be provided).
  • Upload processed documentation into the ROAM system, ensuring it is available for customer access.
  • Process a minimum of 50,000 pages per month, with productivity increasing as experience and knowledge develop.
  • Provide customer support by responding to enquiries via telephone and email, in accordance with your level of authorisation.
  • Deliver training and guidance to customers where required.
  • Act as the primary customer service contact for allocated client accounts and take responsibility for processing and analysing documentation for those accounts.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the department, including assisting with sales and marketing activities where required.
  • Work in accordance with Company procedures, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC 2 standards and any future compliance requirements.
  • Support your Line Manager and wider team in achieving departmental objectives and project deadlines.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Fluent in English verbal and written.
  • Ambitious and amiable.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Good Knowledge of MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of Jira and other project management software desired
  • Stress tolerance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Driving license and advantage.
