We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Nuclear Medicine team at Curium. In this fast-paced role, you'll manage customer orders from quote to invoice, coordinate with internal teams and couriers, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service. 🌟 What You’ll Do:
- Manage customer orders from quote to invoice accurately and on time.
- Respond to customer enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Process credits, rebills, and stock-related requests.
- Coordinate shipments with manufacturing sites and courier partners.
- Keep customers informed about product availability and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and internal reports.
- Support the Sales and Operations teams with administrative tasks.
- Follow company procedures and help continuously improve our service.
🌟 What You'll Bring
- 3–4 years' experience in a fast-paced customer service role (pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A calm, customer-first approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to support on-call and additional hours when required.
