About The Role

We are offering a part-time customer support role designed for individuals who are eager to develop their skills within a vibrant and collaborative team. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Confident phone manner
  • Active listening abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage time well
  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Positive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with Xero accounting software, CRM systems, or logistics booking is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Take customer orders over the phone, accurately inputting data and creating sales invoices using Xero accounting software.
  • Assist with processing sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange deliveries, track shipments, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and achieve departmental goals.
  • Upsell products or services where appropriate, contributing to revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to sales and logistics operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows.
