About The Role
We are offering a part-time customer support role designed for individuals who are eager to develop their skills within a vibrant and collaborative team. This position involves managing customer interactions, processing sales orders, and supporting logistics operations. Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Confident phone manner
- Active listening abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage time well
- Customer-focused mindset
- Adaptability
- Positive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with Xero accounting software, CRM systems, or logistics booking is advantageous but not mandatory
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Take customer orders over the phone, accurately inputting data and creating sales invoices using Xero accounting software.
- Assist with processing sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange deliveries, track shipments, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and achieve departmental goals.
- Upsell products or services where appropriate, contributing to revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to sales and logistics operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows.
