What To Expect
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide exceptional service to our customers, focusing on processing orders, quotes, and requests with adherence to our Mouser values.
- Generate new and repeat business by implementing customer service strategies that drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Accurately process transactions (orders, quotes, returns) with a strong emphasis on service excellence.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Provide real-time updates on stock availability (in-stock and out-of-stock items).
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance customer value.
- Research and expedite customer orders as required.
- Verify order accuracy, delivery dates, and product quality to meet specifications.
- Prioritise and expedite special handling orders.
- Handle catalog requests, sample requests, or information queries.
- Support internal Customer Service teams and assist other departments when necessary.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Key Strengths & Skills:
- Exceptional customer service approach – passionate about maintaining and enhancing high service standards.

- Fluent written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in other systems being advantageous.
- Financial acumen – ability to navigate multiple currencies and process international orders efficiently.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to assess trade-offs before acting.
- Demonstrated planning, organisation and discipline, working in a structured, results-driven environment.
- Integrity, accountability, and emotional resilience – capable of managing challenging situations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a collaborative cultural ambassador with a team-first mindset.
- Proactive approach to skills development—utilising all available resources to expand expertise in the role.

Base Salary
The salary range for this position is GBP 26,100 – GBP 29,200 per annum.
