Customer Service Representative (f/m/d) – High Wycombe

What To Expect

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide exceptional service to our customers, focusing on processing orders, quotes, and requests with adherence to our Mouser values.
  • Generate new and repeat business by implementing customer service strategies that drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Accurately process transactions (orders, quotes, returns) with a strong emphasis on service excellence.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
    • Provide real-time updates on stock availability (in-stock and out-of-stock items).
    • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance customer value.
    • Research and expedite customer orders as required.
  • Verify order accuracy, delivery dates, and product quality to meet specifications.
  • Prioritise and expedite special handling orders.
  • Handle catalog requests, sample requests, or information queries.
  • Support internal Customer Service teams and assist other departments when necessary.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Base Salary

The salary range for this position is GBP 26,100 – GBP 29,200 per annum.
