Customer Service Representative
Shop Sales Assistant – Betting Shop

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers with a friendly and customer-centric approach
- Processing bets and assisting with customer queries effectively
- Guiding customers on how to use betting terminals
- Building strong, lasting customer relationships and delivering outstanding service
- Championing safer gambling policies at all times
- Assisting managers with shop displays and supporting opening/closing activities as needed
Working Patterns
Our betting shops operate between 8am–10pm, from Monday to Sunday.
- Shifts run on a roster system and may require some evening and weekend work.
- Hours are subject to change based on business needs.

What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should meet the following core criteria:
- Must be aged 18+ (as per legal requirements).
- A strong passion for customer service excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal and empathy skills, with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
