Customer Service Representative

Shop Sales Assistant – Betting Shop

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers with a friendly and customer-centric approach
  • Processing bets and assisting with customer queries effectively
  • Guiding customers on how to use betting terminals
  • Building strong, lasting customer relationships and delivering outstanding service
  • Championing safer gambling policies at all times
  • Assisting managers with shop displays and supporting opening/closing activities as needed

Working Patterns

Our betting shops operate between 8am–10pm, from Monday to Sunday.

  • Shifts run on a roster system and may require some evening and weekend work.
  • Hours are subject to change based on business needs.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you should meet the following core criteria:

  • Must be aged 18+ (as per legal requirements).
  • A strong passion for customer service excellence.
