Customer Service Representative (Permanent Position – Leeds, LS11 5BD)
Conduent is a Global Business Processing Outsource company specialising in mission-critical services. This role supports a busy transportation client, involving customer call handling, web chat, and correspondence across varied teams. Flexibility and enthusiasm for outstanding customer service are essential.
Role Details
- Start date: Monday 3rd August 2026
- Contract: Permanent
- Location: Leeds, LS11 5BD
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week on rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, 08:00AM–08:00PM), with alternate weekend days.
- Salary: £24,784.50 (rising to £25,272.00 post-probation, pro-rata).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service across:
- Phone, email, and webchat interactions.
- Identify upselling opportunities for additional services.
- Resolve customer complaints, queries, and escalations.
- Uphold Conduent’s core values to shape company culture.
- Attend training to enhance expertise and performance.

Person Specification
- Strong desire to deliver exceptional first-contact customer service.
- Empathetic approach, particularly in difficult situations.
- Ability to adapt swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear understanding of what constitutes “good service”.
- Positive, professional telephone manner with:
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
