Customer Service Representative
Shop Associate (William Hill)

Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding service through:
- Welcoming customers with a warm face-to-face interaction
- Processing bets, answering queries and guiding through terminal usage
- Building strong, lasting relationships—customer service at its core
- Championing safer gambling principles in every interaction
- Assisting managers with shop displays, opening/closing duties, and operational tasks when required
Work Patterns
- Opens to our customers between 8am and 10pm, including weekends (Monday to Sunday)
- Shifts are organised via a rota system, ensuring coverage during evening and weekend periods

What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you must:
- Be age 18+ (legal requirement for this position)
- Have a passion for delivering great customer service
- Show strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to relate to customers from all backgrounds
