Customer Service Representative

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Customer Service Representative. You’ll play a key role in the efficient running of the customer centre, increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, while exceeding customer expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the principal point of contact for Aggreko’s customers
  • Manage all internal touchpoints throughout the rental lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to deliver a successful customer experience
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations and requirements
  • Build and maintain trusting, effective relationships with customers
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries, addressing equipment, service, or contract-related questions
  • Manage customer credit limits and payment expectations

You Are

  • Experienced in customer service or account management
  • Highly skilled at customer service, with the ability to resolve issues, gather customer information, and provide suitable product and service solutions
  • Familiar with CRM systems
  • Strong in stakeholder relationship management
  • Collaborative, with a team-focused mindset
