Overview

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. If you’re a strong communicator who thrives in a busy, people-first environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries
  • Schedule fuel deliveries and service calls
  • Keep customer accounts up to date
  • Inform customers about promotions like Budget and Pre-Buy Programs
  • Process in-person and backup billing payments
  • Help with general office tasks, including filing and preparing paperwork

Required

  • What You’ll Need:
    • High school diploma or GED
    • 1–2 years of customer service experience
    • Calm, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
    • Willingness to work rotating Saturdays and extended hours during peak season

Preferred

  • Experience in the fuel industry
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with Blue Cow and Ignite software

Work Environment

Office-based with frequent interruptions. Expect occasional visits from children and friendly office pets, including a quiet cat upstairs.

Physical Requirements
