Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Bellshill

Shifts: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm)
As Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, dealers, and partners. You will ensure timely resolution of inquiries related to trucks, parts, services, and warranties while maintaining Volvo’s strong reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or digital platforms
- Provide accurate information on Renault Trucks products, services, parts, and warranties
- Coordinate with dealers, service centers, and internal departments to resolve issues
- Handle order processing, tracking, and follow-ups for parts and services
- Manage and document customer interactions in CRM systems
- Escalate complex or technical issues to appropriate teams
- Support aftersales services, including maintenance scheduling and service updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver a positive brand experience

Experience Required
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in automotive, logistics, or heavy equipment industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic technical understanding of vehicles or willingness to learn
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
