Customer Service Coordinator (Part-Time)
Support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across our ticketed events. This role is responsible for managing customer enquiries, ticketing, refunds, event communications, website updates, and social media interactions, ensuring every customer receives professional and timely support. The Coordinator also assists with event logistics, VIP ticket coordination, on-site operations (or delegation), and post-event reporting, helping to deliver seamless, high-quality live events.
