The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established and growing organisation that provides technology-driven contractor management and payment solutions to businesses across the hospitality sector. They are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit team in Sutton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service while working in a varied role that combines client support, administration, and payment processing.
The Role
As the first point of contact for clients and contractors, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll be responsible for resolving queries, supporting onboarding, processing payments, and helping to maintain high levels of compliance across a diverse contractor network.

- Act as the first point of contact for client and contractor enquiries, providing timely and professional support.
- Process payments and carry out cost reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new clients and contractors, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Prepare, maintain, and update reports using internal systems and Microsoft Office.
- Carry out contractor compliance checks, ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are up to date.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
- Assist with tender submissions and other business support activities as required.
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience within a customer service, customer support, or administration role.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with financial information or reconciliations.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- A willingness to learn new systems and develop knowledge of industry processes.

Additional Information
The successful candidate will support a varied contractor base spanning multiple service sectors, making this an interesting and diverse position with plenty of opportunity to develop new knowledge.
The role also includes participation in a shared out-of-hours emergency phone rota, covering a limited number of evenings and weekends throughout the year.
