Shop Assistant – Retail (William Hill)

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement

    • Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism
    • Process bets efficiently and assist with customer queries
    • Guide customers on how to use betting terminals
  • Service Excellence

    • Build lasting relationships with customers
    • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
    • Champion safer gambling practices proactively
  • Operations & Team Support

    • Assist managers with shop displays and daily shop openings/closings
    • Contribute to a welcoming, well-organised retail environment

Working Patterns

  • Flexible and varied to cover customer needs (8am–10pm, Monday–Sunday)
  • Rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Rota-based scheduling (subject to change)
