Customer Service Representative 📍 Watford | Full-Time | Immediate Start Available

đź’Ľ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Engage with prospective customers through direct outreach and face-to-face interactions (B2B, B2C, Events)
  • Supporting customer engagement campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Working with colleagues to optimise customer experience and support business objectives
  • Participate in coaching sessions, performance reviews, and ongoing business training
