The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Liquids team. In this key role, you will be the trusted partner for your customers, managing their requests from **corporate transport orders to delivery, taking full ownership of the process and becoming your customers' go-to logistics expert.
In This Dynamic Role, You’ll
- Be the primary point of contact for customers, overseeing the entire order process and ensuring accuracy and efficiency from start to finish.
- Resolve issues, implement new transport lanes, and provide financial and operational insights to improve services.
- Collaborate across Europe to deliver innovative transport solutions and drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate agility, seamlessly transitioning between customer service, operational coordination, and commercial partnerships to implement key efficiencies.
