Customer Service Representative – Medical Devices (Surgical Division)
An excellent opportunity to join a global medical device company within their growing Surgical division. Based in Guildford, this role forms part of a new and expanding team, offering great exposure to the MedTech industry and a varied day-to-day workload. Ideal for a recent graduate or someone with early experience looking to build a career in healthcare or medical devices.
Purpose of this role is to support the smooth running of customer operations by managing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a high level of service to customers across the surgical product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from entry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Act as a key contact for customers, field sales teams, and internal departments
- Respond to product queries, delivery issues, and order tracking requests
- Support coordination of logistics and supply chain activities
- Build strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers

Requirements:
- Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Previous customer service, administrative, or office-based experience is beneficial
- Desire to break into a career in MedTech
- Ability to work in Guildford Mon to Friday
Salary for this role is up to £30,000 per annum
