Customer Service & Connections Advisor

Location: Cambuslang

Hourly rate: £13.29, increasing after 6 months.

Job Type: Full-Time, ongoing temporary role

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service & Connections Advisor to join our team in Cambuslang. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will manage enquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience throughout every interaction. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate system data.
  • Escalate complex queries where appropriate and follow through to resolution.
  • Support customer onboarding and ongoing account management activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service, advisor, or contact centre role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional and solution-focused approach to customer interactions.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
  • A team player with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
