📍 Chesham
Salary & Working Arrangement
- Salary: £28,500 + quarterly bonus (up to 20% annually)
- Hybrid working: 2 days at home per week after 3 months’ probation

- Identifying opportunities to increase customer spend and fill product gaps
- Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Managing inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Processing orders, returns, and pro formas accurately
- Providing pricing, stock, and delivery information
- Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
- Meeting individual and team KPIs and sales targets
What You Need
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
- A strong sales mindset with a proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident telephone manner with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Quick learner of new systems and processes
- Willingness to be a team player and work independently
