Customer Service Representative

📍 Chesham

Salary & Working Arrangement

  • Salary: £28,500 + quarterly bonus (up to 20% annually)
  • Hybrid working: 2 days at home per week after 3 months’ probation

  • Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Managing inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
  • Processing orders, returns, and pro formas accurately
  • Providing pricing, stock, and delivery information
  • Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Meeting individual and team KPIs and sales targets

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
  • A strong sales mindset with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident telephone manner with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Quick learner of new systems and processes
  • Willingness to be a team player and work independently
