Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat
  • Provide accurate quotes and resolve queries efficiently

Order Management

  • Monitor and manage backorders, keeping clients informed of progress

Account Support

  • Assist the Key Account Manager with tasks to ensure outstanding client care

Communication

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a customer service or client support role
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Competent in using email and live chat platforms; experience with CRM systems is advantageous
  • A positive, solution-oriented attitude with attention to detail
