Customer Service Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat
- Provide accurate quotes and resolve queries efficiently
Order Management
- Monitor and manage backorders, keeping clients informed of progress

Account Support
- Assist the Key Account Manager with tasks to ensure outstanding client care
Communication
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a customer service or client support role
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Competent in using email and live chat platforms; experience with CRM systems is advantageous
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude with attention to detail
