For our client, a leading company in UK, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative

Salary Range: £20,000 - £50,000 per annum + Bonus - Depending on experience

Location: Onsite - United Kingdom (multiple locations)

About the Role

For one of our clients, we are hiring a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for an on-site position in the United Kingdom.

You will support customers through phone, email, live chat or in-person communication, resolve queries efficiently and maintain a positive customer experience.

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential, as training may be provided.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, live chat or in person
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, orders and company policies
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex cases when required
  • Process orders, payments, returns, account updates or service requests
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or internal systems
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Meet customer service, quality and response-time standards
  • Support general administrative and data-entry activities

Your Profile:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Customer-focused, professional and service-oriented approach
  • Good listening, problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills
  • Ability to learn CRM and customer-support systems
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, contact centres or administration is an advantage
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications preferred
  • Available to work on-site in the advertised location
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
