Customer Service Representative – Heavy Plant & Equipment – Southwest UK
A huge name within the Heavy Plant & Equipment industry are looking for a Customer Service Representative to drive their aftersales growth through the sale of parts and consumables throughout the Southwest.
Role: Customer Service Representative
Area: Bristol & surrounding Southwest areas
Salary: £37,250 + commission scheme

The Requirements of the Customer Service Representative Will Be:
- Increase aftersales revenue by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Build strong relationships, ensuring customer needs are met
- Create new aftersales business opportunities
- Actively pursue potential leads and follow through to secure new business
- Maintain and update accurate records of sales activity
The Ideal Candidate for Customer Service Representative Will Have:
- Experience working within the construction machinery or plant hire industry
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Strong communication skills internally and externally
- Ability to build relationships quickly
- Full UK Driving licence
