Responsibilities
As part of our ** Retail **team, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming customers with enthusiasm, creating a friendly and welcoming environment
- Processing bets efficiently while delivering excellent customer service
- Assisting customers with using betting terminals and answering queries
- Building meaningful relationships with customers and fostering loyalty
- Promoting safer gambling at all times, ensuring a responsible betting environment
- Supporting managers with tasks such as shop displays, opening, and closing duties where required

- Our shops operate between 8am and 10pm, from Monday to Sunday
- Shifts are based on a rota system and may require evening and weekend work
- Availability is subject to managerial review
