Role & Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Welcoming customers with a friendly, approachable face
- Processing bets, answering queries, and assisting with transactions
- Teaching customers how to use our betting terminals effectively
- Building long-term relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Championing safer gambling practices at all times
- Supporting managers with shop displays and opening/closing activities (as required)
Working Patterns
Our shops operate between 8am–10pm, from Monday to Sunday.
- Shifts work on a rota system, meaning they may include evening and weekend shifts
- Hourly availability is subject to flexible scheduling needs
