Job Summary
Join CMT's depot team supporting the Sizewell C project, one of the UK's largest infrastructure developments. Gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, quotations, order processing, and depot operations while working alongside experienced colleagues and building a long-term career within CMT.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare customer quotations
- Support sales activity and customer enquiries
- Serve customers collecting orders from the depot
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Resolve customer queries and issues
- Support depot administration and record keeping
- Build relationships with customers and site personnel
- Learn about products, stock management, and depot operations
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications
- GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths preferred
- Eligible to undertake a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship

Working Hours
- Monday-Friday, 7:45am-5:15pm
- 42.5 hours per week (excluding breaks)
