Italian Speaking Customer Service & Sales Associate
Location: Thornaby - Hybrid- Home/Office
Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 + Bonus
Italian language skills are essential for this role.
Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you enjoy building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing an exceptional customer experience?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business company with ambitious plans for continued growth. You'll play a key role in supporting and growing our Italian customer base, working closely with customers throughout their journey, from initial enquiry through to retention and additional sales.

Responsibilities of an Italian Speaking Customer Service & Sales Associate:
- Managing incoming enquiries from Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
- Converting customer enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Providing outstanding support before, during and after every sale.
- Following up with customers after delivery to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
- Delivering engaging online product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams.
- Supporting customer events, webinars and other engagement activities.
- Working closely with Marketing, Operations, IT and the wider commercial team to enhance the customer journey.
- Maintaining accurate customer records using the CRM system.
- Producing regular updates on customer activity and regional performance.
- Continuously suggesting improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements of an Italian Speaking Customer Service & Sales Associate:
- Fluent Italian and English.
- Previous experience within customer service, account management or B2B sales.
- Confident communicating with customers over the phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A proactive, organised and customer-focused approach.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify sales opportunities.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to develop a long term career.
