Job Description
Department: Sales / Customer Service
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill a sales support specialist role. This job is central to ensuring smooth order processing, accurate data management, and effective communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will be confident taking on additional responsibilities as the business grows and will play a key part in delivering a high-quality service experience to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all customer service policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Accept, review, and process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage scheduled and call-off orders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer information within the ERP system, including item details, pricing, and order-related data.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the planning team, supporting order expediting, delivery updates, and resolution of late-delivery issues.
- Obtain pricing information and prepare quotations for existing and prospective customers.
- Support the sales and customer service team with general administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation.
- Preferred experience with ERP systems.
- Required knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
