¡En Grupo Euroamerica seguimos creciendo! Buscamos un Analista de Customer Service

📍 Lugar de trabajo: Salta Capital, 100% presencial con visitas en Jujuy y Salta.

💡 Principales responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar consultas, reclamos y requerimientos de clientes.
  • Realizar el seguimiento operativo de los servicios contratados, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y condiciones acordadas.
  • Coordinar con distintas áreas internas para canalizar y resolver solicitudes.
  • Detectar desvíos en la prestación del servicio y realizar los avisos correspondientes para su pronta corrección.
  • Elaborar reportes de gestión y seguimiento de indicadores de servicio.

🎯 Perfil requerido:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en roles de Customer Service, atención B2B o servicio al cliente.
  • Estudiante avanzado/a o graduado/a en Comercio Internacional, Logística o carreras afines. Requisitos adicionales:
  • Residencia en Salta Capital.
  • Licencia de conducir B1 vigente.
  • Disponibilidad horaria.
