Bedford (Office-Based)

Hours & Structure

  • Rotating shifts: 8am–4pm, 9am–5pm, 10am–6pm, or 11am–7pm
  • 5 days per week, including 2 Saturdays per month
  • £13.54 per hour
  • Ongoing Temporary Assignment
  • Immediate Start Available

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our busy, friendly Bedford-based team. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys:

  • Handle a wide range of enquiries (appointments, bookings, and general queries)
  • Provide professional, positive experiences to every customer
  • Manage multiple systems while addressing a high volume of interactions

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries across telephone, email, and internal systems
  • Process appointment and booking requests efficiently and professionally
  • Assist with rescheduling, outstanding enquiries, and general support
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, offering tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate records, updating customer information and internal systems
  • Perform administrative duties to support broader team operations
  • Balance multiple tasks and priorities with precision and speed
  • Ensure all interactions meet company quality and service standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or administrative roles
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT literacy with ability to multitask across multiple systems
  • Sharp attention to detail and high-accuracy standards
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills
  • Approachable and proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
