Join Our Team as a Customer Services Specialist!
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you have a knack for communication and problem-solving? If so, we want you to be a crucial part of our Intermediary (Broker) Team!
Role Overview
As a Customer Services Advisor, you will support our dedicated team by engaging with brokers and performing essential administrative tasks. This role is all about fostering relationships and enhancing the broker experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming telephone calls and prioritise emails to our Business Development inboxes effectively.
- Provide support via LiveChat and online platforms, assisting brokers with product understanding and new mortgage submissions.
- Ensure prompt action on new broker registrations within 24 hours, facilitating a seamless onboarding process.
- Guide brokers through our Saffron for Brokers website, helping them find vital information with ease.
- Promote our Society and its services, enhancing our profile and increasing market share within the broker sector.
- Foster a culture of quality by encouraging the right-first-time case submission ethos among brokers.

- Capability to identify opportunities and manage relationships effectively.

Knowledge Requirements
- A working knowledge of the mortgage intermediary/mortgage broker sector would be desirable.
- Basic knowledge of the UK mortgage regulatory framework also desirable.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
