How will you make an impact?

As a Customer Service Specialist I within Comparator Customer Service and Supply Chain Support, you will be a primary contributor to the accuracy of financial forecasts and the performance of the Comparator group. Your work ensures timely invoicing, accurate cost reviews, and reliable supply chain date entry supporting operational and financial performance.

Position Summary & Key Responsibilities:

The Comparator Customer Service Specialist I supports the Comparator Customer Service Admin Team and the Supply Chain Support Team. Daily activities include reviewing project documentation, initiating client invoices, reviewing purchase and freight costs, and maintaining

KPI tracking

Timely Processing of Client Invoices Prepare and verify documents required for invoicing and transfer to Finance team Update and maintain finance information in IT systems to enable global performance tracking by Finance partner Prepare Key Performance Indicators for customer business reviews Invoice comparator products and comparator freight charges Prepare folders for invoicing and ensure all required documents are available Raise prepayment TBIs (To Be Invoiced), product TBIs and freight TBIs and send to Finance with necessary documentation Interface with Finance regarding TBIs and client invoices (point of contact) Collect client-specific invoice requirements and ensure compliance with customer contracts Ensure SFDC information is up to date and resolve missing or conflicting information with responsible owners Prepare documents for internal and external audits; redact and provide requested records to auditors Support PMs with quotes (route of goods, VAT rules, estimated freight, insurance, FX rates) Ensure 100% accuracy in invoice creation and that projects are invoiced within the same fiscal period Maintain quality and accuracy during high workload periods IT-Systems Update Regularly update delivery scheduled dates in Salesforce (before month, quarter & year end) Work with Finance to ensure accurate accruals list at month end (customer and suppliers) Enter and maintain data in KPI sheets Diverse / Compliance Support Support Project Management for freight estimates and import/export or Incoterms queries Apply and respect all relevant SOPs Principal Contacts Internal: Comparator PM team (Basel and other sites); Logistics; Finance; QA; Goods- In/Out; P&P External: Clients; Couriers (as required)

Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field OR equivalent education with significant commercial content 2–5 years’ experience in supply chain or finance, preferably within a pharmaceutical environment Ability to multitask with attention to detail Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English User experience in ERP systems (beneficial) and strong MS Office skills

How will you get here?

Relevant degree or equivalent experience Experience in pharmaceutical supply chain or finance preferred Fluency in English (written and verbal)
