Customer Service Support – Office-Based
📍 Location: Leatherhead 🕒 Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am -5pm 💼 Salary: Competitive + Benefits

About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support Representative. Based in our Leatherhead office, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Update customer records and manage data accurately using our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (office-based preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided)
