Customer Service Specialist – Arval BNP Paribas (Swindon, Hybrid)

We’re Arval BNP Paribas – a global leader in vehicle leasing and the fourth largest leasing company in the UK. Our mission, built around Service, Sustainability, and Solutions, thrives thanks to every individual—our Journey Makers.

We foster an environment that’s friendly and human, not corporate. Our diverse customer base spans from families exploring their first electric vehicles to multinational corporations transitioning their fleets. No matter their mobility needs, we’re there to provide tailored solutions.

Why Join Arval BNP Paribas

Becoming part of us means joining a progressive global banking group where wellbeing and work-life balance are prioritised. We’ve earned recognition, including Employer of the Year in the South West Business of the Year Awards, underscoring our commitment to staff support.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the dedicated point of contact for our personal leasing customers from arrival through to the end of their contract. The variety is broad – from directing customers on updating direct debits to tackling complex queries like vehicle faults or invoice reconciliations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
