About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our Client Services team on a 4-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be supporting customers over the phone and by email, ensuring they receive an excellent standard of service and clear communication.
This role is all about providing quality, not quantity — taking the time to listen, understand, and resolve each query carefully.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and video queries from customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Take ownership of each enquiry, ensuring it’s resolved fully and promptly
- Update and maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding actions
- Work closely with other teams to deliver a smooth and positive experience for customers
- Stay informed on company updates to ensure accurate communication

About You
- Confident communicator with excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases at once
- Comfortable using technology and customer management systems
- Positive, proactive, and focused on delivering great outcomes for customers
- Previous customer service or call-handling experience preferred
