Your role
To strengthen our team at our British branch in Manchester, we are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Specialist with excellent English language skills.
You will support our international operations and assist our teams in delivering outstanding customer service to our global business partners. Additional language skills are highly welcome and provide an advantage when working with our international customers.
Your tasks & responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Plan maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting activities, coordinating our service specialists on technically complex systems across the UK and Europe.
- Manage customer queries via phone and email.
- After your training period, take full ownership of your assigned business partners, managing them independently and contributing directly to our success.
- Use SAP to manage the complete service workflow — from creating work orders to invoicing.

Your qualifications, profile & skills
- Previous work experience or apprenticeship as a service coordinator or in a similar function with a lot of customer contact, ideally in a technical environment
- Enthusiastic customer communication
- SAP Business ONE knowledge experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers
- PC user knowledge with the MS Office tools is required
- Ability to work independently, structured and goal-oriented and team player
- Fluent in English
- Additional language skills such as German, Spanish, French, or Italian are desirable and considered a strong advantage
- Must have a UK working permit
