About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education qualifications are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
  • Flexible availability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow company protocols and policies to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through solutions.
  • Promote products and services effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
