Customer Service Specialist - UK

Customer Service Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building strong relationships?

Seco Tools UK is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our friendly, collaborative Customer Service Team. If you love solving problems, enjoy working with colleagues across different teams, and take pride in making a real difference to customers every single day, this could be the perfect role for you.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be a key partner for our customers; the first person they turn to for clear answers, smooth processes, and exceptional support. You’ll help shape a seamless customer journey from the very first enquiry through to order completion, making a real impact every day.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with Sales Engineers and Account Managers to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Support customer onboarding and encourage the use of our digital tools and e-commerce platforms.
  • Prepare quotations in collaboration with our field sales teams and suppliers.
  • Manage the full order lifecycle, from creation to invoicing, including credits, returns, and claims.
  • Handle returns, claims, and escalations efficiently and in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases.
  • Assist with procurement tasks, purchase orders, and supplier follow-up.
  • Follow up on receivables and keep CRM and ERP data accurate and current.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, internal controls, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Local Warehousing activities: pick and pack orders when required to arrange and dispatch to respective customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
